Client Experience: 4 Star $$$. This recommendation is two fold - as a restaurant which is wonderful however La Tagliata also offers fabulous cooking lessons + lunch. Every client I have sent there wanted to stay longer; they enjoyed the entire experience so much. They start by harvesting vegetables from the onsite garden, then they move into the restaurant kitchen to learn about the menu and then begin to prepare their food. This is a family owned and operated restaurant so there may be signing, wine, and laughter the entire time.

Payment Options: Cash only directly to the restaurant. This is complicated but really worth it. I advance the funds to the car/driver service. The driver - who brings the clients to the restaurant - pays the restaurant in cash. Then I mark up or apply a reservation fee on the NET rate when I invoice the client.
